The Lancia Delta Integrale 16V Group N is one of the most authentic expressions of the link between road cars and competition. Developed to contest the Group N category of the World Rally Championship, it retained a large part of the mechanical base of the production Delta Integrale - proof in itself of the quality and effectiveness of Lancia's original design.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s Lancia dominated rallying as no other manufacturer has, taking six consecutive manufacturers' titles in the World Rally Championship. The Delta Integrale was the car chiefly responsible for that run, driven by names such as Miki Biasion, Juha Kankkunen, Didier Auriol and Markku Alen.

Group N was the category closest to homologated road cars, and that proximity is precisely what makes these cars so compelling to enthusiasts today. Built around the well-known 2.0-litre 16-valve turbo engine and permanent four-wheel drive, it offers what defines the Integrale: communicative steering, predictable behaviour and a strong connection between driver and machine. That combination of mechanical simplicity and sheer effectiveness is what made it so competitive.
