Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano for sale

Replacing the steel-bodied 575M, the 599 moved Ferrari's front-V12 GT to an all-aluminium spaceframe shared in principle with the Scaglietti, cutting weight while increasing stiffness. The 6.0-litre V12 — derived from the Enzo's engine — and Pininfarina's aerodynamically driven bodywork made the 599 significantly quicker than its predecessor, both on road and around Ferrari's Fiorano test circuit that gave the car its name.

A later 599 GTO special series pushed the formula further still, but the standard GTB Fiorano remains one of the more attainable modern V12 Ferraris today — genuinely usable as a Grand Tourer, with the aluminium platform and 6.0-litre V12 that Ferrari continued developing through the F12berlinetta and into today's 812 range.
