Overview
Description
Presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 2002 and styled by Pininfarina, the 575M succeeded the 550 Maranello with a redesigned interior and a long list of mechanical revisions: larger brake discs, a bigger and more powerful engine, a true 50:50 weight distribution between the axles, refined aerodynamics and a better-resolved adaptive suspension setup. It was also the first V12 Ferrari to be offered with the F1 paddle-shift gearbox, built by Graziano Trasmissioni. The model number refers to the engine displacement in cubic centimetres, while the M stands for modificata.
